I built my first RC plane (the Flite Test Tiny Tutor) and ordered 4 props. After building the plane, I very quickly crashed 4 times and broke all the props. In an effort to keep practicing, I designed these props so that I could keep flying without having to wait on more props to come in the mail. These are not 100% accurate as far as the dimensions go, but they are pretty close and the plane flies great with them.
When printing, it is easiest to remove the supports when the model is printed upside down so that the leading edge (the thicker one) is facing the print bed. I didn't bother sanding and everything works great for me. I printed in PETG at a 0.15mm layer height, but I don't see why other materials wouldn't work.
The author marked this model as their own original creation.
