0-coast rackbrute mount

Allows you to mount a MakeNoise 0-coast, Strega or 0-ctrl to the top of an Arturia Rackbrute case. Fairly robust, might want to add some double-sided mounting tape the the side that interfaces with the Rackbrute for stability.
