Raspberry Pi Zero and Pi Zero 2 Case - Version 2

This is an improved version of the case that I designed ten years ago. This version has improved HDMI connector slot, permitting more types of HDMI connectors to be compatible with the case. The case has been completely redrawn and improved too. Original version - https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1167846

  • Compatible with old & newerPi Zero,Pi Zero 2 &Pi Zero W (includes a camera ribbon slot)
  • Snap fit design - no screws required.
  • Heat sink hole for the 2W variation.
  • "Coin slot" provided to prise lid open.
  • Easy to insert the Pi into the case
  • Vented lids to let Pi breath
  • GPIO slot version
  • Works with HDMI connectors (improved from the original design in this respect)

Notes:

  • Slide your finger nail into the top edge of SD card case slot to catch indent on SD card, then pull the SD card out with your nail. Also thin nose pilers work.
  • The Pi is very snug in its case to keep the footprint to smallest I could, so feed camera ribbon through slot and insert into Pi, then lower Pi into place.
  • 6mm tall heatsinks will be flush with the top of the case, however taller heat sinks can be used, they will just stick out the top a little.

Download all files as zip to see full filenames and for a full kit of parts!

Printing Notes: Print with supports to get the best apertures for the ribbon and SD card, without sag, but most printers will print it just fine without supports. Be sure to flip the lids to print flat on the printer bed with "legs" up.
