Thrustmaster Clip in TH8S Short Shift

Model includes some clips on 3-4 throw to hold in place.  Simply take gear knob off to install.

With the existing throw mechanism the throw can't be made much shorter otherwise it may bounce out of gear.  With the slightly shorter gear handle it feels and throw a lot more like my track car. 

Already had g7 lockout fitted.  The lockout receive a bit of a pounding so it may work better this way.

First version but it works so it will do for now.

Added some extra clips and a full reverse lockout so separate lockout not needed. And gear numbering.
