Sanding block with a 115 mm width to match common sand paper roll sizes.
It has two knobs to easily release a sand paper for quick replacement. Holding a large block on it's own might not be as comfortable so it has a handle for holding.
In latest version I used fuzzy skin effect in prusa slicer to add a better grip for the handle.
I needed to sand large areas on the wall and some furniture. Using smaller sanding blocks you risk making grooves and dips on the surface.
But if you need to do a lot of sanding with a similar size block any electric sanding would be a better fit. This should be used for light sanding as block size implies you might need to do a large area.
Design includes two version of knobs either for regular socket head or ISO4017 bolt heads.
Nuts are embedded within a bottom piece therefore you MUST add a pause to a print to insert the nuts.
Also you should position knobs in place and insert bolts and only then (if needed) glue it, because else the handle will be in the way of inserting bolts. This is a feature so when replacing sand paper if you fully unscrewed the top piece the knobs won't fall out.

Model is parametric but not very well optimised so FreeCAD is a bit slow applying changes.
