I tried to make this button as small as a real dress shirt button, and it's close - 15mm in diameter. To discern the detail it must be printed at ultra high 0.05mm resolution. I used 100% infill. Fortunately, it's so small it only takes about 20 minutes to print, even at those detailed settings.
The top 0.5 mm should be printed in a contrasting color to the base of the button in order to see the shirt well.
The thread you use to sew it with forms a tie. Choose a red “power tie” for your button or coordinate your buttons with your real tie. This print definitely adds a touch of fun to any “stuffed shirt” occasion.
