Vacuum Nozzle for 20mm or Smaller Gaps

I needed a vacuum nozzle to reach under the gap beneath my desktop CNC machine (the Carvera Air), so here it is!

The provided models include an all-in-one nozzle with about 150mm of reach, and a modular set of pieces with 100 and 200mm extensions.

Nozzle inlet and extension is 19mm high, aiming for 20mm clearance.

Nozzle outlet is 34mm

The provided adapter is for the Cen-Tec quick-connect system, but if anyone wants an adapter for their specific vacuum's geometry, let me know!

PRINT SETTINGS:

The photos are from a Bambu Lab P1S and a .4mm nozzle

I printed with 0.28mm layer heights, no need for high-quality settings.

The model should not need any support.  For the cen-tec adapter, supports are pre-modeled in.

highly recommended to print with a wide brim - I used 15mm.

Also recommended to print with 4 perimeters, effectively making the walls solid.
