PSA Graded Pokémon Sleeve Hard Case

This model is perfect for storing your PSA graded cards long term! Protect your PSA graded cards from the wear and tear of the outside world!

Printing

• Print each piece once, with an exception to the “Button”, which will need to be printed twice. 
• For the best look, used pre-coloured PLA. Each piece can be printed easily with a different filament. Follow the same colour scheme as the photos.
• Top: 15% infill, no supports (orient the open end facing upwards).
• Middle: 15% infill, supports, print thinner supports on bottom. This leaves nice circular top in the middle for closing against the top. 
• Bottom: 15% infill, no supports (orient the open end facing upwards).
• Button: 15% infill

Post-Processing

• Cut to fit: Small foam pads for the top and bottom to cushion the card as it moves in the case.
• Epoxy bottom, middle, and buttons together. Leave the top to be able to be removed.

Would love to see someone add some sort of latch attachment or something to this for the cover.
