STAR TREK badge beads / Perlen (two variants!)

There are two models, one is flat for easy printing. The other model is not flat, so you should print it standing, it gives a better look.

1, Flat model: easy to print, lying on the plate (the right one in the photo).

2. Not flat: Print it standing, use layer 0,1-0,15mm for a very good finish and brim (Schürze) for a good bed adhesion. (the edges are cut for a better printing)

For both models:

The hole for the cord is 4,5mm. The model size is 25 (26)x17x8 mm. The yellow one in the photo is for 3mm cords (67%).

 If you want to change the size, use the rule of three. E.g. If your cord is 3,5mm the scale factor is: 3,5/4,5 = 0,7777  = 77,7 %.

You can also use the STEP-files to make changes in your CAD!
