Dragon Burner Cartographer CNC Mount

I've tried the original model and the remix.

I found that the remix is not flush (at the bottom of the DB) because there is no room to route the BBL hotend wires.

With this version : 

• there is enough room for wires
• belts clamps are accessible
• cartographer z offset should be in recommended range for carto survey/touch mode.
• less vibrations
• dragonburner cutter compatible

Cartographer offset :

Y : ~30mm

Z : within recommanded range 2.6mm-3mm for carto survey mode.
