I received my MK4S upgrade bundle this week and was disappointed that there was no back cover included. So I searched for existing models for it and only found some for the newer version A of the xLCD (why is version B the older one and version A the newer one??). Anyway, I found this and saw that the author had posted a step file. I modified it to fit my xLCD version B (rev. 0.12) and now it fits on my Original Prusa Enclosure with the brackets from the same author. The diffusor bar for the status LEDs that I used before fits here as well. The silver cylinder hex screws that are in one of the photos are too long. I used 4 M3x10mm screws to attach the brackets to M3 hex nuts inserted into the back cover. I hope this can help some of the other early adopters of the Prusa MK4 whose display backsides were left out in the cold by the upgrade. :-)
The author remixed this model.
Adapted the back cover for the (older) Version B of the xLCD screen
