Made this fan for my electric motorcycle project that uses a universal brushed washing machine motor with multiple stages of gearing for the uphill torque.
Many thanks to RENNAT who published the openSCAD source that I used to make this!
This is not yet tested in longer operation and considering these motors can spin more than 12000 rpm (measured without load) I have no idea if this will be strong enough to stay on with the 2 pcs. M3x20 screws that are so far considered...
I printed this in PETG and everything except the thin ends of the fan appears quite sturdy!
Anyhow OpenSCAD source is included so do mix it up!
