SSR Mounting Plate & Fan V2.0 in ABS

This is my proposed mounting solution for the aftermarket SSR module with a low-profile heatsink for the Qidi Plus4. It replaces the factory SSR PCB using the same mounting holes. You can attach a 40x40x10mm cooling fan for extra cooling. The main plate can be connected without the fan mount if you want.  I also added MG Chemicals 8618 Silicone Free Ultra Thermal Paste to the backside of the SSR.

Mounting Hardware:

• The mounting plate reuses the factory screws and washers. 
• The fan support attaches to the mount with three qty M3 screws that were used to hold the original SSR cover and plate. (longer screws can work if needed).
• The heatsink mounts to the plate with two qty M4 x 12mm screws and nuts.

Printing Recommendations:

• ABS is ideal for the mounting plate and fan mount for heat resistance and strength.
