interesting articulation, how did you do it?

@DeContractor_2190733 First, I make the swordfish without joints. Initially, cut it apart in the middle. Cut off enough at the bottom so that the joints fit. On the joints, you need to place the scales you want. Place the joints with the scales on the cut-off side, as many as you need. Make sure the scales protrude a little from their side. Add a block and put it over the scales. Be careful, the joints must not be enclosed! Make the scales as a hole and merge them with the block. Now make the block into a hole and combine it with the fish. The scales will now still stick to the joints; there you need to cut small triangles over the holes in the scales so that the scales touch only one joint. You can also place my model next to you and see how I did it. First, you need to slightly work on the edge because some small parts may float, then simply connect with a block. I hope I was able to explain it fairly well. If you have any further questions, feel free to get in touch.

@FlexiMaker wow crazy, well you did a good job at it.

Printed nicely! Gluing should be fun, but the articulation is very cool

Thanks for this design. I think it looks great in the green/blue silk PLA.

Tried out my silk blue-green dual colour pla with this. After breaking it in, it wiggles great, however the connections are definitely not super strong as the back fin broke off after a bit. Other than that tho very cool model! (edited)

Hey I was on Creality Cloud and noticed that the same file was uploaded by another user without credit to you along with the video that you used. It also has major errors. I am sending this to you so you can choose if you do or dont want to react to this. Here is the link https://www.crealitycloud.com/model-detail/684268193c2412793a626543?source=5. Thanks for the amazing file I plan to print it soon.

@WolfMaster_2602307 Thank you very much, the model has already been deleted, I would be very happy to receive a printed picture.

Printing was no problem, gluing was an experience :)
Very nice. Thank you.

Neat print! Printed easily. Came off bed without damage though I felt like I would destroy it at any moment. Needs patience and care to glue together in order to get everything aligned. Fun to play with and kids like it

Love this design - I think it came out great.

should I use supports?

@peter_3159306 No, you do not need any supports for this model.
