For the MK3S there is a fan shroud with LED illumination (https://www.prusaprinters.org/prints/13622-mk3s-led-nozzle-duct), but not for the MK3S+ AFAIK. So I added some blobs with holes to the original shroud from Prusa. The original worked ok for me, so no changes there.
The filament is PC Blend, as it prints much easier than ABS on the satin sheet and remains heat resistent. It works great for some months now, finally found time to print a spare just for the photo! Printed with a 0.4mm nozzle, 0.15mm layer height on a Prusa MK3S+.
Importing and modifying an STL in OpenSCAD works but rendering is slow and has its faults.
The LEDs are two 3mm warm-white LEDs connected in parallel. Power is from the Einsy board with a resistor (1k-ohm) in series.
