Heavy Large Spool Holder Adapter 8.5kg 8kg Filamentive Bearings 608ZZ

A spool adapter made for larger heavy filament spools such as Filamentive's 8.5mm reels. Will fit other brands with internal holes that are 36mm. I use a 165mm wide spool but will fit wider spools up to ~200mm.

This spins perfectly smooth with zero drag!

You will need :

• 3x 608zz bearings - One goes in between the two printed parts for extra balance.
• A 8mm rod - threaded should work fine. I used a random rod I had lying around and tapped the ends, so I could secure it with a M8 nut.

I printed this in PETG with extra walls and 30% infill, use your discretion when using other materials.

I didn't include the design of the for spool holder mount as it's made from wood, it's a very simply design to replicate from the images.
