Bakflip Tonneau Cover Drain Cap

This is a replacement drain cap for a Bakflip MK4 Tonneau cover. All of mine broke and rain would leak into the truck bed!

This was specifally designed for a Ram 1500 with Ramboxes. There are 2 adapter options, one for the Bakflip OEM plastic drain tubes and one for some 8mm ID clear hose i had lying around. I cannot confirm if they work for other vehicle makes, but it should be compatible with all MK4 systems.

I recommend printing with ASA or another outdoor stable filament.

Instructions:

1) Print the 'Bakflip Drain Cap' file

NOTE: mirror the part in your slicer software to print both sides

2) Print either the 'Bakflip Drain Adapter - OEM' or 'Bakflip Drain Adapter - 8mm Tube'

3) Glue the adapter into the cap opening.

4) Attach part to the Bakflip rail using double-sided tape.
