Feeder saver for Ferplast Brava 6 birdfeeder

History:

I needed something to prevent my Java Sparrow to spill their seeds everywhere in the aviary. So based on the dimensions of the Ferplast Brava 6 birdfeeder, i made this “saver” we all can see on other brands and other birdfeeders. It seems to work well enough :-). They don't jump in the seeds anymore, or less than previously. So i decided to share it with you. Simple print for a simple object but useful. Two longitudinal reinforcements end up stiffening the protection.

Print instructions:

• Printed in petg (transparent for me)
  • Sunlu brand - 230°C hotend / 90°C bed
• 0.4mm nozzle
• Layer 0.3mm
• 3 perimeters
• combine infill every 2 layers
• Infill 50%.
• No supports.

Printed with Mk3s+ on textured sheet.

You can print it on it's back, like the stl model.

Addendum:

PS: The “holes” may not be perfectly centered or aligned. Feel free to remodel for your own usage if you like it.

PPS: I prefer the PETG for this usage as PLA is more like a sugar i didn't want my birds to “eat” this support.
