Printing Recommendations:

• Base components: Print in rigid material (PLA, ABS, PETG)
• Buttons: Print in flexible TPU/TPE (85A-95A shore hardness recommended) for best feel
• Jigs: Print in the same material as the base for consistent fit

Assembly Instructions:

1. Insert the individual button pieces into their corresponding slots in the base components
2. Apply a few small drops of super glue to the clean Pebble watch side
3. Carefully position and press the assembled base (with buttons) onto the glued watch surface (Being carful not to get any glue on the buttons themselves)
4. Repeat the process for the other side of the watch
5. Place the appropriate jigs on both sides of the watch to protect the buttons
6. Use a vice to gently clamp the assembly together while the glue dries
7. The jigs are specifically designed to prevent button compression during clamping
8. Allow sufficient time for the glue to fully cure
9. Once dry, remove from the vice and jigs
10. The result should be a perfect flush fit with no gaps, restoring full button functionality

This kit provides everything needed to restore full functionality to your Pebble 2/2HR, extending the life of these beloved smartwatches that would otherwise be rendered unusable by deteriorating buttons.
