Modular 10 Inch Server Rack - Mounts for MikroTik hAP ax³ and ZimaBoard

This is an evolution of my previous mod. I created a mount for a ZimaBoard with a dual-port NIC and two SSDs attached to install a firewall with PFsense or OPNsense. Because the network ports of the MikroTik HAP are on the back, it was convenient to orient the ZimaBoard with the ports also on the back of the rack. The two SSDs for the ZimaBoard are attached to the upper part, the SSD connected via USB-to-SATA adapter to the MikroTik HAP is installed on the lower part next to the NIC, because otherwise the cable lengths would not fit. I adapted the hole pattern of the front plates so that everything fits together tightly and covers with openings for the cables connecting the SSD to the HAP and the HAP to the Switch are also provided, so that everything is closed. Exports in STEP and f3d format are included if you want to adapt this to your needs.

Required hardware for assembly: 

• M6 screws (16, 20, and 30 mm) and nuts for the rack parts
• 2 M3 heat-inserts and 2 M3x8mm screws to attach the NIC
• 4 M3x16mm button head screws to attach the ZimaBoard
• 12 M3x8mm button head screws to attach the SSDs
• 2 M3x16mm hex screws to attach the transparent base of the HAP to the top shelf
