Description

PDF

I challenged myself to design the smallest possible pocket whistle, that still packs a punch, and, after eight iterations I think I managed to do it!

This design boasts a 115+ decibel noise level (G# (although it ranges based on lung pressure)), and a tiny 1cm-1cm-2cm design! This print will take under 15 minutes on a slow Ender-3, and prints easily!

Print Settings:

Supports:

None

Adhesion:

None

Print Speed:

5 min on an A1.

Whatever your printer can handle! Ideally not below 50mm/s due to potential bridging issues, but in my experience, it can work with most speeds higher than that!

Infill:

Anything above 5% should work well!

Orientation:

PRINT IT ON IT’S SIDE!!!

The internal structure won’t hold up in bridging without it.
PS. the side with a small slit is the top, so have that slit facing left or right on your print bed.

Important Note!

The claims in the title are only based on my experience, and research. I've thus far not been able to find any smaller, or proportionately louder design, but if you know of one, please recommend it to me, so I can compare them.

I'd REALLY appreciate a comment, to know how I can improve my future designs, and any sort of ideas, or issues would be great to know!
