Modified MK4(S) z-motor holder with closed hole

A modified version of the z-bottom-left and z-bottom-right parts, where the center hole is smaller to keep debris out.
During installation, make sure the z-screw doesn't rub against the parts. You can test that by getting a piece of paper in the slit between the parts and the screws. It should move smoothly around the z-screw.
