My BSA Troop is participating in an event called Klondike where the scouts lash together an Adirondack style sled using a base made out of 2x4's with ¾" (~19mm) holes drilled in the sides to allow for cording to pass through.    I wanted to spruce up the design with Troop colors and to cover the blow-out from my drilling with a spade bit so I designed up these inserts that fit perfectly in the holes and add the BSA logo to them.
