Mounts the Bulldog XL Extruder rock solidly to the Z-bar of the K8200. Inspired by this.
I wanted a simple solution that's ridiculously rigid, and at the same time doesn't force you to disassemble the printer; and this is it.
I printed with ABS 100 % infill for rigidity. Probably overkill, but I like being on the safe side.
Disassemble the Bulldog XL Extruder and replace the plastic gear box cover (with the logo) with the bracket part. (I needed some silicone spray lubrication on the inside of the part to fit it.)
Insert square M5 nuts (the same as comes with the printer) into the square holes and screw tightly to the frame with M5 bolts. I added serrated washers for extra security.
