Assembly and print Instructions

*Important, use Arachne wall generator with follows settings:

• Wall transitioning threshold angle: 25*
• Wall transitioning filter margin: 65%
• Minimum wall width: 25%

1. SELECT WHAT EXACT YOU WANT and disable other parts
2. Print the Main Body:
   • Begin by printing the wallet’s housing.
   • Ensure supports are added in the bolt holes for maintaining structural integrity.
   • Important: Print using the wall generator "Arachne" to achieve the best results.
3. Print Additional Components:
   • Once the main body is complete, print all supplementary parts such as the card clamps, cash handle, cover, and any selected ASSET variant.
4. Thread Cutting:
   • Use an M3 screw to cut the thread into the housing from the bottom.
     (Starting from the bottom helps prevent delamination of the plastic.)
   • Repeat the threading process several times to ensure a crisp, well-defined thread that allows the printed screws to insert smoothly.
5. Final Assembly:
   • Step 1: Install the internal card clamps.
   • Step 2: Attach the cash handle (or your chosen ASSET variant).
   • Step 3: Secure the cover onto the assembly.
   • Step 4: Insert the money clip (if your variant includes one).
   • Step 5: Tighten the screws carefully.
     Caution: Avoid over-tightening to prevent damage to the printed parts.
6. Extra Precautions:
   • It is advisable to print extra screws in advance to account for any misprints or assembly errors.
