Hello i was searching for a mount for my printhead on a MGN12H rail but i found none. The problem was that i already had the wrong rail. You should probably use a MGN9H rail. But anyway, you should print The bracket in the orientation it came in. I did it in PLA and it works fine if you use 100% infill.

To mount the MGN12H 300mm rail you should use my spacers or my adapter won't work. Then use some alignment tools to get it on straight. You should print the same amount of adapters as the amount of screws and T-nuts you use (picture 3). Insert the square nuts into the adapter (picture 4). Then get the belt under the adapter and mount the adapter to the rail with some m3 screws you cut to length (8mm long thread) (picture 5+6). Then get the belts on the part (picture 7) , make sure that the belts are completely loose(picture 8). Also make sure that the two belt guides on the right line up propperly (picture 9). Then mount the original plate to the adapter with the original screws (picture 10). you have to cut them to 6mm long threads, two of them (picture 11). then remove the two screws on the back of the ribbon cable mount (picture 12). After that you have to kind of clamp it to the pcb with a nut and a washer (picture 13). When all of that is done just assemble the printhead again, tighten the belts and change the endstop to the one from @ElectricalBoy / Shorter Rail Endstop for Ender 3 V3 SE Linear X Rail Mod .

But that was it for today so happy printing and bye bye.        Please like!
