These are replacement parts for our Steelco Lab 500L glassware dishwasher, commonly used in scientific labs for cleaning glassware.
We tested PETG, but it's not temperature resistant enough. Resin printing was also tested, but the parts became very brittle after the first washing cycle.
The best results were obtained with a special temperature-resistant filament, “3dkTop” by 3dk.berlin, which requires tempering at 110°C after printing and has shown no deterioration after 10+ washing cycles.
