Bluesnap Smart Bluetooth Serial Adapter Case

This case provides additional protection to a Bluesnap Smart bluetooth serial adapter module.

I used a female wifi dongle with a gender changer screwed to the printed cover which gave me a male serial port. The jumpers inside the module were also changed to reflect this.
The case provides significant protection compared to the stock case while also making it so no loads are transferred to the circuit board through the serial port. The case also provides some protection against moisture.

Instructions

(1) Print out all three parts.
Natural PLA is best that way you can still see which LED status lights are on.
(2) Screw mini gender changer to top cover.
(3) Insert a small piece of 3mm filament into the button hole and cut it so it sticks out ~1-1.5mm.
(4) Insert the button into the button hole in the bottom case.
(5) Insert serial wifi adapter into bottom case so power port lines up with access port.
(6) Assemble top cover to bottom cover and bolt together using 4 6X 1/2in metal screws.
