Dishwasher Tab Splitter

I have a very small dishwasher, so I designed this Dishwasher Tab Splitter to break the tabs in half. Just put the tab in, press the guillotine part in (with some force) and wait for a small clicking sound - the tab breaks in the middle.

Note: The tabs I'm using have a length of around 37mm, a width of about 27mm and a height of ca. 15mm. This splitter might not work for other sizes. I'm also not sure if the effectiveness is brand-dependent...

Update 03/2025:

I added more versions of the guillotine part:

• Version 2.2 → 1 mm longer blade (compared to originalpart 2) for more reliable tab cracking
• Version 2.2 long → 5 mm longer blade for cracking of less thick tabs

Note: You can, of course, always scale the model in one direction to fit your needs.
