CR10/ENDER 3/5 hot end cooler MK8, Blower, BLTouch

I made this model for my custom hot end but it have almost same dimension like stock MK8 hotend so it will work with it. 

I set this setting for BLTouch. Should work with Klipper or Marlin
x_offset: -21
y_offset: -14

Hardware I use:
Noctua 4010
Blower 5015 (sadly Noctua dont made blowers :( )
8x M3 Heat inserts (best is Ruthex)
2x M3x20 + washer (blower is originaly for M4 bolts)
4x M3x14
2x M3x10
printer spacer for BLTouch

If you have encloser, use ASA. In open printer PLA will work.
