I bought my wife a Yeti flask, sight unseen. Unlike seemingly every other flask in existence that has a little built in hinge to keep you from dropping and/or losing the lid, the Yeti flask does not have that. This is my effort to fix that design oversight.
I printed using Overture TPU on a Prusa MK4s with no supports, and an unheated bed on a garolite bed sheet. I used the Prusa Generic Flex preset defaults, except for the bed temp. Got a slight bit of stringing on the interior of the ring part, but nothing that can't be removed after printing.
With a little bit of effort the brim on the cap can be inserted into the ring after printing, and the cap should turn relatively easily. A little bit of sillicone lube on that part will help it turn more easily. I put fuzzy skin on the outside surface of the cap for a bit of extra grip.
Open to comments/crticisms, but this is my first design, so be gentle. ;)
