Shiura designed an amazing clock that appears to work by some kind of magic, the family love it. But up on top of a dresser the bottom of the clock was hidden. This stand lifts the clock by any amount you want. I wanted something between 35 and 40mm, so settled on a lift of 37.5mm - and that is what is in the .stl files.
My design is in OpenSCAD. The parameters are all named so it should be straightforward to get the size you want for whichever size of clock you have printed.
No supports, rafts or anything else are needed. To keep the filament usage down I've used a honeycomb for the base using a neat little algorithm by “Bushmills” (link in the .scad file).
The clock itself is here: https://www.printables.com/model/629294-triaxial-numechron-clock
