Description

Archer is a flyable 3D printed oblique wing demonstrator, with a moving swing wing. The model has a wingspan of 1500 mm and weighs 1.7 kg with a large 4S battery.

This is a version 2 aircraft with a host of improvements from the initial design, including:

  • More spacious fuselage
  • Wider CG margin
  • Improved tail design

You can see my development of the initial version 1 prototype here!

This is a model for experienced RC flyers. Print all the parts from PLA and LW-PLA, add some off the shelf hardware components and fit your own electronics. More information is available in these publically available documents to help decide if you'd like to make this model:
