Micrometer Case 0-1" Mitutoyo Print In Place

Replacement micrometer cases for Mitutoyo 0-1" model 103 micrometers.
Designed for Laney College Machine Technology Dept.

Model is print in place, features a swing latch, cutouts for a micrometer and adjustment wrench, and has stacking feet for storage.

Both Versions are the identical except for the markings.

Recommended Print settings

Postprocessing:

• Lubricate hinges and latching bar with 3-in-1 oil, WD-40, Ballistol, CLP or similar.
• Gently apply flexing tension on main hinge from one side of the case to break lose any minor adhesion between pintle and gudgeon
• work the Main hinge and latch back and forth until they run smoothly, applying more lubricant if necessary
• Close and latch the case, press feet into the non-chamfered matching insets on bottom of case either with a vise, press, or gently with a hammer
