Revo Sprite Cooling Duct (Triple 5015 Fans)

This is a solution to get optimal cooling for the Sprite Pro extruder. 

This is a remix of K3D's cooling system but has extended ducts for the Revo™ nozzle system.

The Revo™ nozzle are fantastic but the supplied fan mount is simply just a solution to print this model with. I originally printed capsin3D's model before adding the Revo™ system to my extruder, which has a fantastic description for how to wire the fans and the parts you need. However it does not reach the new nozzle location for the Revo™ system. 

I do recommend referring to that page for a full breakdown on how to make this fan cooling system. 

Apart from extending the ducts I've added some more strength to the side mounts as the ones I printed aren't sufficient in my opinion as there is room to extend them out. Finally the backplate has been extended down for the CR touch to be in the correct range for probing.

Printed in PLA but if you are using an enclosure I'd recommend something better suited to the temperatures. Just make sure you have bridging on and no supports. Otherwise standard settings, 0.4mm nozzle with 0.2mm layer height.
