Mirka DEROS vacuum hose connector

I was needing a part to connect a vacuum hose to my Mirka DEROS orbital sander to extract dust

I designed the part in Fusion 360 with a female connector with internal screw to enter the sander exits and just a simple cone to connect the vacuum hose

I did a couple of tests to found the right custom thread parameters following Fusion 360 knowledge base article → https://knowledge.autodesk.com/fr/support/fusion-360/troubleshooting/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticles/FRA/Custom-Threads-in-Fusion-360.html

I used M29.5x5 custom thread

Printed in Prusament PETG Jet Black with 0.20mm layer height and standard PrusaSlicer parameters

On top of .stl and .3mf files I uploaded Fusion 360 .f3d one so you can modify the design and adapt it to your needs
