Roman spear head (Pilum) as a toy

My son loves to play Asterix and wanted a roman spear as a toy. So I printed a spearhead modeled after the ones in the comic books.

The shaft is tapered from 20mm to 18mm, we simply rolled up some card board to form the body of the spear. You can of course also use a stick and scale the model to fit.

The contact area on the build plate is quite small, so be sure to have good adhesion or print with a raft.

I use 3DLac spray in combination with PETG, which works well for me without a raft.
