Motorbike Mobile Phone Holder

A BMW R1200GS motorbike handle bar mounted mobilephone holder for a Samsung S25+ mobile phone fitted with a standard Samsung phone protector. 

The four main printable components: the Holder Cover, Holder Base, Lower Saddles and Support Saddle where created using FreeCad from scratch. The knobs are not my creation however I cannot recall the maker and unable to credit them accordingly. The print parts require no supports or rafts during the print process. All parts can be printed in the orientation as they are in the stl files. The Holder Cover has several knockouts that will need to be removed with a sharp craft knife to open the holes. This prevents the need for supports in the print. 

You will need to print -

1 x Holder Cover
1 x Holder Base
2 x Lower Saddle
2 x Support Saddle
2 x Knob Clamp Style M5 Hex
1 x Knob Rounded Style M5 Hex

ASA or ABS are the suggested print materials with print setting at 0.20mm with 15% infill. Prints were done on a Creality K1 with a 0.4mm nozzle.
