Headphone or headset stand with only printed parts and the option for two colours with filament swap and no need for a multimaterial unit. It stands very solid on a flat surface and safely supports headband widths up to 48mm.

Print settings:

I used PLA and a layer height of 0,15mm for all parts. In a hot environment or directly behind a window, you should probably use PETG.

  • The main part is placed with its back side on the build plate and I recommend the coulour swaps at 0,95mm to the second colour and back to the first colour at 2,0mm. I also recommend to use a brim for a good bed adhesion and to keep it perfectly flat. There is no need of support.
  • The base is placed with its top on the build plate and I used a large brim of 10mm
  • The screw is printed with the tread up
  • The decorative panel is printed 4 times and only optional but i liked the small colour highligt on the base

To assemble the headphone stand, you insert the screw in the main part first and screw it on top of the base, for the decorative panels I used some superglue to glue them on the back side of the feed. Depending on your printer tolerances, you need to adjust them a little bit in height.

Sizes:

  • main part:  64mm x 64mm x 230mm
  • base : 140mm x 140mm x 30mm
  • screw : 51,41mm x 51,41mm x 37,25mm
  • decorative panel : 24,75mm x 24,75mm x 14,98mm
