Riemenspanner für Vertex K8800

Ersatz für die originale Riemenspannerei mit der originalen simplen Schraube.

Hier werden die originalen Lager und die Vierkantmutter wiederverwendet.

Das Spannen ist absolut simpel und genauer wie mit dem Original.

Bohrschablone inclusive ;-), damit nix daneben geht.

Here the original bearings and the square nut are reused.

Clamping is absolutely simple and more precise than with the original.

Drilling template included ;-), so nothing goes wrong

Hi ! Huge thanks ! This is the first mod I have done to my k8800. The tension on the belt is a pain to set with the original configuration. I will had some more info for the next modders : You won't be able to reuse the 3 original bolts. They will be to short. You will need 3 M5x30mm Allen bolt to be able to screw in the original slider. In addition you will need 2 more additional washers by column to space the ball bearings so 6 in addition to the 3 existing ones. Then you will need 3 M6x50 Allen bolts (shorter should work but I have done with some left over i had => they actually are rised by 3cm on over the top alu plate). Then you will need 6 M6 nuts (there is one in the printed part to insert to lock the screws). To finish you will need 3 m6 washers on top to facilitate the rotation while tensioning the belts. I have printed my self some knobs to put on top like StonniX. The top plate drilling is done with a Ø6mm drill bit.
So here is the list of what you really need in addition to the existing hardware :

3 x m5x30 Allen bolts 6 x m5 washers 3 x m6x50 (or shorter => 35 or 40 should be good) Allen bolts 6 x m6 nuts 3 x m6 washers Thanks to Him ;-)
