A mudguard that I designed because the screws on the original were just loosening at the fork.

Completed project

The big problem with Xiaomi scooters is the mudguard, which often loosens at the fork. I tried riding without the fork on the mudguard, but it broke off at the base. That's why I chose to design a shorter mudguard to reduce the leverage force applied to the base, and so be able to do without the fork for good.

The original screws must be used, for the mudguard base and the headlight. We also need to shorten the headlight cable, which is too long because the mudguard is smaller. I removed 12cm of the cable. Glue the cable in the groove so that the wheel doesn't damage it. If you want to use the folding hook, make sure your part is strong enough.

Everything looks functional: the headlight, the folding hook, the cable groove, etc. But over time, we'll have to see if any reinforcements are needed.

I printed it with 30% infill and 0.2mm layer height.
