Designed for printing with PLA with a 0.4mm nozzle, 0.2mm layer heights and no supports. Files include a printable instruction card for assembly, but let me know if you're interested in an assembly video.
Inspired by Agepbiz's Jeep Kit Card, this is my first public project and I worked on it for over a month with a lot of trial and error refining the tolerances.
Designed in blender, this credit card sized, multi-color, support free, kit card was made to be as small as possible while still being an easy print. I wanted to make the tolerances forgiving enough to print well on any printer, but I only have access to an Ender 3 so I'd love to hear how it prints for you.
Update 1: Tweaked tolerances for better high-resolution printing and added a separate file for a single-color kit card.
