This EBB36/SHT36 mount was designed by me out of necessity. I was having issues with the cabling mashing into the gantry with PCB rear-mounts. This is a two-piece construction consisting of:

  •  an arm that fits over the rear of the Orbiter2 extruder motor with or without filament sensor.
  • a mounting bracket for the toolhead board

BOM:

  • 6x m3*4*5 heatset inserts
  • 4x m3x8mm SHCS
  • 2x m3 screws long enough to screw reach through the extruder/filament sensor by 4-6mm

Printing: use Voron PIF settings. 4 sidewalls, 5 top/bottom layers, 40% infill, ABS or better. I used crosshatch infill.

Assembly:

Install 2 heatset inserts in the back (flat) side of the toolhead mounting board

Install remaining 4 heatset inserts in each opening on the mounting arm

Fix toolhead mounting board to the mounting arm via the through-holes on the mounting board, into the narrow side of the mounting arm

If your printer is well tuned, clearances for the PG-7 mount will provide a snug connection with a cable gland
