I've been building a Seiko Mod, needed to enlarge the centre hole, slipped and ruined a dial. I had seen people using a perforated base, made by the Swiss, and thought ‘that’d solve my problem'…

…then I saw they charge £50+ for them, so I thought I'd make my own!

Due to the small perforations, the top surface may not be exactly smooth. I'd recommend either flipping it so the filleted side is on the smooth buildplate, or giving it a sand once printed.

  • 65mm overall
  • 2.5mm perforations
  • 8mm centre hole

I hope this helps. Please leave a like if it does, and post any makes or remixes.

All designs (however rubbish) are my own, unless they're an accredited remix of another great design. They are made available for non-commercial use. Sale of design or prints is prohibited. You may find some of my other models interesting and/or useful too.
