Even though it is a simple design it was still a bit of trial and error to get the dimensions right. This focus gear has 99 teeth and is compatible with common follow-focus system. I tested it with the Tilta Nucleus Nano. Most importantly: I did not want to put any masking tape or anything under the gear for the snug fit. It works without additional material.
I printed it with PLA (0.2 layer height) and a 0.4 Nozzle. Works totally fine.
