If you want to sprout and grow your own vegetables, you need a warm and bright place in spring where the seeds germinate well and the seedlings get enough light so that they develop well.
Unfortunately, windowsills are often too dark for certain types of vegetables. That's why I got myself a few led lamps and set up a modular system that can be extended as required.
A wooden slat with the dimensions 54x12 mm is used as the base support. Depending on how close together and how many lamps are to be installed, the wooden slat must be correspondingly long.
Simple electrical installation tubes with a diameter of 16 mm are used for the cross struts. The cross connectors and lamp sockets are mounted on these tubes and the electrical cables are laid in them.
The connection is made via a terminal box.
