Unifi - UCG Fiber rack mount 19 inch

Made some changes so it fits a 19 inch rack.  adapted the mounts from @Mauker

26/3 Model - Removed the small front cutout in the front plate, and removed the honeycombstructure on the back plate, for front mounting the UCG-Fiber.

31/3 added a keystone patchpanel, Based on the mounts from @Mauker

now fits a 19" rack
