Cascade card wallet with secure money holder

The main wallet body can be printed in your preferred material e.g. PLA but ASA or PETG is recommended. The side springs and money retention springs should be printed sideways and in a flexible material (ASA works best). The other parts can be printed in PLA. Bank notes are folded twice before insertion. A slot is provided for a 1 Euro or 1 pound coin.

Support material is only required for the side springs.

The side springs and money holder springs are pushed in place and can be exchanged.

Added money holders. Money retainer springs and side springs are seperate parts for printing sideways in ASA or PETG (can also use PLA) for improved spring properties and replaceable if required. Fan, lever and button are also seperate parts (M3 bolt and nut required).
