Empty Frame file with elevated border for image/logo prints

Just an empty frame to create art like this:

Just import into your design tool(I just used tinkercad), import any svg and place it on top of this frame. The current dimensions make the entire frame 4 mm thick. The walls are 2 mm thick so you can make the imported image to be 2 mm thick to make a consistent print.
