This is a mount for theTronxy X1 (may also work for the X3) to fix the E3D lite6 hotend complete with fixings for theSuper Cooler 30mm fan ducts.

Please note: the front clamp is asymetrical, please make sure you install it the correct way up.

All screws are M3 and self tap into the back section.

Post-Printing

Step 1

Remove existing hot end from the X gantry support plate

Step 2

Attach the newly printed back plate to the X gantry support plate with 4 No. M3 x 12 screws

Step 3

Attach the Super Cooler part cooling fan ducts to the support posts using M3 x 12 screws (you can probably use shorter, but this is what I used).

Step 4

Assemble your E3D lite 6 hot end as per the E3D instructions, and push into the back support plate. It is a snug fit.

Step 5

Attach the front clamp to hold the hot end in position. Be careful, this is slightly asymmetric, There is a top and bottom. Make sure when installed the two top surfaces align, if not rotate 180 degrees.
Attach with 2 No. M3 x 20 screws.
